A lot of us don’t have regular access to arenas so why not utilise the time we spend hacking to school our horses.

Weekly live Pilates class on Zoom

Join us every Tuesday 7.30-8.15pm for live online Pilates classes with our amazing instructor, Mirren! (That’s 4 classes/month - worth £8 per class!)

She gets us thinking about how our bodies are aligned and how one part affects the rest—so important for riding!

We’ll work on mobility and core strength, helping us become more balanced and effective in the saddle.

And the best part? It has a huge positive impact on our horses too, making it a must for every rider!
